As a small business I take great care in packing my products and try to ensure that the photographs shown here on the website are a true representation of the products in real life - bearing in mind that all screens/monitors are slightly different in their colour representation.
However if you are not happy with your Number Ninety Five product - please email me as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know if there is an issue.
The Number Ninety Five returns policy is as follows; -
The Returns Policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, or damaged, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, will not be refunded.
Please note that I can not offer exchanges or refunds on any personalised products, unless they are damaged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
I can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
An exchanged or replacement (if applicable) item will be sent to you as soon as possible with no additional shipping fees.
If you are shipping an item over £30.00, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can't guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
